When you submit our contact form, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

We do not collect sensitive health or medical information through this form. We do not collect payment details, government identification, or any data not listed above.

We also automatically collect limited technical information for security and spam prevention, including IP address and browser signals, processed by Google reCAPTCHA (see Section 6).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry or message
• To notify you when Baoma Oak Pharmacy opens, if you have requested this
• To prevent fraud and spam submissions

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose not described in this policy without your prior consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

By ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form, you give us your explicit consent to collect and process your personal information for the purposes described in Section 3. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected - typically until your enquiry has been resolved and our pharmacy has opened, or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever comes first. After that period, your data will be securely deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our website:

• Google reCAPTCHA v3 - used to detect and prevent automated bot submissions. Google may collect device and network data as part of this process. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Google Apps Script - used to securely receive and store your form submissions in a private Google Sheet accessible only to our team.
• Google Fonts - used to load typography. Google may log font-request metadata. No personal form data is sent to Google Fonts.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled environments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time
